I support clients in finding balance and creating meaningful change through individual coaching in Slovak and English. I am a member of the Slovak Association of Christian Coaches.
As a Language Coach, I apply Neurolanguage Coaching® principles to help you remove barriers, set clear goals, and stay motivated — so you can speak English with clarity and ease.
I spent several years working as a qualified architect in London, in a fast-paced professional environment, where I learned what it truly means to work under pressure, take responsibility, and aim for high standards.
I went through a period of burnout myself and realised how important it is to live in line with your values. That experience led me to coaching and now allows me to support my clients with greater understanding, empathy, and trust in the process of change.

Dlhodobo sa venujem témam osobného rozvoja a často premýšľam nad tým, prečo sa necítim úplne spokojná.
